Sáp nhập Công ty CP Vinpearl, nâng tổng số vốn điều lệ lên gần 5.500 tỷ đồng và thông qua chiến lược xây dựng và phát triển Tập đoàn với 4 nhóm thương hiệu: Vincom (Bất động sản), Vinpearl (Du lịch - giải trí), Vincharm (Chăm sóc sắc đẹp và sức khoẻ), Vinmec (Dịch vụ y tế chất lượng cao) và hoạt động với tư cách pháp nhân mới: Tập đoàn Vingroup.
