7.1 The force majeure event occurs in nature objective and beyond control of the parties, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fires, war or risk of war, ... and other unexpected disaster is, the change of any party is not considered a force majeure situation.
7.2 If one party does not fulfill its obligations due to a force majeure event will not do the basis for the other party to terminate the contract. However, the affected party unconsolidated majeure events are supposed to:
+ Implement preventive measures and alternative measures required to minimize the effects of the force majeure event.
+ Announcement now the other party of the force majeure event occurs within three (03) days after the force majeure event.
7.3 in the event of force majeure, the contract performance period will be extended by time of the event of force majeure which the affected party can not perform its obligations under its contract meeting.
