Điều 18: Trách nhiệm đối với bên thứ ba
Trường hợp hội viên gây ra tổn thất đối với bên thứ ba, khi sử dụng, đăng ký với Ryoubi Vn thì sẽ giải quyết theo trách nhiệm của hội viên đó, chúng tôi sẽ không chịu bất cứ trách nhiệm nào.
Điều 19: Bồi thường thiệt hại
Nếu hội viên có gây ra thiệt hại đối với công ty, vi phạm quy tắc, thì không phân biệt trực tiếp hay gián tiếp, phải bồi thường thiệt hại cho chúng tôi..
Điều 20: Giải quyết tranh chấp
Trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp đối với hai bên, hoặc một bên vi phạm quy tắc, hoặc giải quyết theo thương lượng không thành thì sẽ giải quyết theo cơ quan có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.
