Sự hài lòng công việc là một vấn đề luôn được các nhà quản lí doanh nghiệp hay mọi người đặt ra và mong muốn để có được nó .Qua cuộc phỏng vấn thì chúng tôi đã nắm được một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới sự hài lòng công việc của mọi người như là bản thân của công việc như thế nào , lương và thưởng của nhân viên , các lợi ích khác hay là sự tiến bộ và giám sát .Mọi yêu tố đều ảnh hưởng đến mức độ hài lòng của công việc như nhau . Được hay mất một trong những yếu tố sẽ ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng trong công việc .
