1. Bên B là đại diện duy nhất có đủ năng lực và pháp lý thay mặt Bên A sử dụng hồ sơ pháp nhân, pháp lý và hồ sơ thiết kế của Dự án Khu du lịch nghỉ dưỡng Cát Trắng để thực hiện giao dịch với các nhà đầu tư trong và ngoài nước để hoàn tất thủ tục kêu gọi và hợp tác đầu tư cho Dự án.
2. Bên B là đại diện duy nhất có đủ pháp lý để thay mặt cho Bên A hoàn tất và bổ sung các thủ tục hồ sơ pháp lý cho Bên A (khi các nhà đầu tư có yêu cầu).
3. Là đại diện duy nhất được cấp mã số hồ sơ để giao dịch với nguồn vốn đầu tư.
