If one of the sides is preventing the execution of contract due to unforeseen circumstances such as war, riots, coups, embargoes, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, snow storms, earthquakes and other events that cannot be anticipated, or go beyond, the affected party must notify the other party by fax within the shortest possible time these events and send the certificate issued by the competent authorities or the Agency confirmed the events of force majeure in writing within 14 days after the force majeure occurred.
The affected Party shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations due to unforeseen events. However, the affected Party shall notify the other party by fax when it ended or deleted cases of force majeure as soon as possible.
Both sides carried out its obligations as soon as the event of force majeure and the duration of the contract will be renewed. If the effects of the force majeure event lasts longer than a 120 days, either party has the right to terminate the contract by written notice.
