Trường hợp bạn không thể đến nhận bàn giao đúng theo thời hạn như trên thì có thể ủy quyền cho người khác đến nhận bàn giao căn hộ. Người được ủy quyền đến nhận bàn giao căn hộ phải có giấy ủy quyền theo quy định của pháp luật.
