Bộ phận mới này sẽ đảm nhận những công việc chuyên trách như cập nhật thông tin về giá cả cũng như những biến động trên thị trường bất động sản; cung cấp tín dụng nhà ở, nắm rõ các quy định liên quan đến bất động sản và các giao dịch trên thị trường bất động sản. Điều này giúp ngân hàng tránh khỏi những thông tin sai lệch, giúp việc đánh giá tài sản thế chấp chính xác hơn. Việc liên kết với một số doanh nghiệp bất động sản giúp cho quá trình thẩm định tài sản đảm bảo dễ dàng hơn.

This new Division will undertake professional work such as updated information about price fluctuations on the real estate market; providing housing credit, is aware of the provisions related to real estate and transactions on the real estate market. This helps the Bank avoided the false information, help assess more accurate collateral. The link with some real estate business help for property appraisal process to ensure easier.
