Trong thời gian chưa thành Lập Ban Quản trị nhà Chung Cư, nếu Bên Mua muốn sửa chữa mặt ngoài và cả bên trong Căn hộ thì Bên mua phải có văn bản đề nghị kèm theo bản vẽ thiết kế và kế hoạch sửa chữa gửi cho Bên Bán Ít nhất 5 (năm) ngày làm việc trước ngày dự kiến thực hiện việc sửa chữa để bên bán xem xét quyết định.Bên Mua trong trường hợp này đều phải được sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Bên Bán và phải tuyệt đối tuân thủ nội quy quản lý sử dụng nhà chung cư và kế hoạch sửa chữa trong trường hợp được bên bán chấp thuận.
