một đất nước muốn phát triển thì trước hết đất nước ấy phải có một môi trường trong sạch . giống như Singapo luôn đặt vấn đề môi trường lên trên hết,vì thế nó đã trở thành lá phổi của thế giới. Nếu bạn đến nó thì bạn sẽ không thể tìm được một miếng rác trên đường vì người dân nơi đó rất có ý thức bảo vệ môi trường.Vì vậy để giảm tình trạng xả rác thì chúng ta cần phải nâng cao ý thức cua người dân và tuyên truyền cho họ thấy được tác hại của việc xả rác.
