Sport is good for health. therefore sensible exercise routine make me taller, stronger, .. I play some sports like volleyball, badminton, sports ... but my favorite which is badminton. Playing badminton hard not just flexibility to the shuttle, moderate forces should hand rather requires strong arm forces like volleyball so I like it. I usually play badminton every evening with my brother, he played very well. weekend, I played in the morning and afternoon, the day that I play very busy around 1h. just relax playing badminton, dynamic medium could make me more so I loved this sport. We can encourage children to play sports by talking about the benefits of sport brings, find the sports fit preferences and abilities of each child. Do we eat improperly to physical inactivity, low participation in sports training for better health.
