Giá trị Hợp đồng sẽ được quy định cụ thể, chi tiết tại Phụ lục đính kèm và là giá trị khoán gọn cho toàn bộ công việc theo phương án Nhà Tư vấn đã báo cáo. Trong trường hợp khối lượng công việc tăng không quá 5% khối lượng công việc thì các bên thống nhất sẽ không điều chỉnh giá trị hợp đồng.
