Trong vòng không quá 03 tháng kể từ ngày Hợp đồng có hiệu lực, Bên Bán phải gửi cho Bên Mua Danh mục phụ tùng thay thế cho 6.000 giờ hoạt động, trên cơ sở này hai bên sẽ thỏa thuận và thống nhất phạm vi, danh mục phụ tùng thay thế. Đồng thời Bên Bán đảm bảo danh mục này đủ để dây chuyền vận hành 6.000 giờ theo quy định của Hợp đồng và Catalogue thiết bị. Danh mục phụ tùng thay thế này sẽ là một phần không thể tách rời Hợp đồng này.
