12.1 Hợp đồng này cũng như tất cả các tài liệu, thông tin lien quan đến hợp đồng sẽ được các bên quản lý theo quy định hiện hành của nhà nước về bảo mật.
12.2 Hai bên cam kết thực hiện tốt các điều khoản đã thực hiện trong hợp đồng, bên nào vi phạm sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành của nhà nước.
12.3 Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu có vấn đề gì xảy ra thì hai bên chủ động thương lượng giải quyết và ghi bằng văn bản, khi cần sẽ lập phụ lục hợp đồng hoặc biên bản bổ sung hợp đồng.
