Đối với việc sử dụng Khu Đất theo đúng quy định của pháp luật và Quy Hoạch 1/500 đã được cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền phê duyệt, Công Ty không còn (i) nợ bất kỳ khoản nghĩa vụ tài chính nào đối với bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào khác và/hoặc (ii) có bất kỳ nghĩa vụ thực hiện bất kỳ quyền tài sản nào của bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào khác; (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn trong các khoản tiền liên quan tới đền bù, giải phóng mặt bằng, các khoản tiền liên quan tới lợi thế thương mại, các quyền tài sản như quyền thuê, quyền ưu đãi và/hoặc quyền ưu tiên quyền sử dụng hoặc thuê (miễn phí hoặc có thu phí) một phần hoặc toàn bộ của Khu Đất và các tài sản hình thành trên Khu Đất).
