Ngoài 3 món này khách sẽ được tặng thêm 2 món của nhà hàng nữa là gà quay mật ong (món ăn đã được ông Anthony Bourdain người Mỹ công nhận là món ăn ngon nhất thế giới) và chuối chiên tráng miệng.
Sau đó khách được rửa tay bằng nước thảo mộc (rất đặc trưng của Nhà hàng, theo lối cổ truyền thống của gia đình nghệ nhân dân gian Ánh Tuyết) và được nhận certificate của nghệ nhân Ánh Tuyết.
