Đóng trên địa bàn xã Bù Nho, huyện Bù Gia Mập tỉnh Bình Phước, Nhà máy chế biến tinh bột mì Phước Long có công suất 23.864 tấn/năm, chính thức đi vào hoạt động năm 2008.

Nhà máy đã xây dựng hệ thống xử lý nước thải công suất 4,800m3/ngày đêm. Toàn bộ nước thải phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất được xử lý tại hệ thống xử lý nước thải công nghệ UASB kết hợp thu hồi khí biogas trước khi xả ra suối Rạt. RES đã tham gia thực hiện lập báo cáo và kế hoạch xây lắp các công trình bảo vệ môi trường, thông báo kế hoạch vận hành thử nghiệm trước khi vận hành chính thức. Bên cạnh đó, RES cũng thực hiện công tác lập Hồ sơ và xin giấy phép xả thải cho Nhà máy
