- Số liệu được thu thập theo trình tự thời gian (mục đích để quan sát sự biến động nên thu thập cả số liệu tuyệt đối lẫn chỉ số phát triển)
- Số liệu cần thu thập theo các yếu tố về vốn, công nghệ, lao động, chi phí.
- Số liệu có thể theo hiệu quả về lợi nhuận , tỉ suất lợi nhuận, năng suất lao động, khoản nộp ngân sách.
