Theo hợp đồng ông được quyền nghỉ phép 12 ngày/năm sau khi kết thúc 1 năm làm việc. Tuy nhiên Công ty sẽ linh động duyệt lịch nghỉ phép theo kế hoạch của ông để ông về nước giải quyết việc riêng và kết hợp công việc.

Công ty sẽ book vé máy bay theo kế hoạch của ông.

Trước khi nghỉ phép ông nên lập kế hoạch công việc trong thời gian từ 06/11 – 14/11/2015 cho từng bộ phận và báo cáo về chủ đầu tư.
