Tư vấn sẽ kịp thời thực hiện bất kỳ sửa chữa cần thiết nào, và sau đó quá trình nói trên sẽ được lặp lại. Bất kỳ số tiền mà Chủ đầu tư đã thanh toán hoặc đã bắt buộc để được thanh toán theo quy định tại khoản này vượt quá số tiền phải trả theo quy định của Hợp đồng này sẽ được tư vấn hoàn trả cho chủ đầu tư trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày sau khi Tư vấn nhận được thông báo đó. Results (English) 1:

Consultants will promptly make any necessary repairs, and then the above process will be repeated. Any amount that the owner has paid or has been required to be paid under the provisions of this paragraph exceeds the amount payable under the provisions of this contract will be returned to the owner within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of that advice.
