TTXVN đưa tin, trong hai ngày 23-24/3, Đoàn cán bộ cấp cao Bộ Quốc phòng Việt Nam, do Thượng tướng Nguyễn Chí Vịnh, Ủy viên Trung ương Đảng, Thứ trưởng Bộ Quốc phòng làm trưởng đoàn, đã có các cuộc tiếp xúc làm việc với Thượng nghĩ sỹ Patrick Leahy và các quan chức cấp cao Bộ Quốc phòng và Bộ Ngoại giao Hoa Kỳ.

VNA reported, on 23-24/3, the delegation of Ministry of defense officials Vietnam, led by Colonel General Nguyen Chi Wing, Member of the Central Party, Deputy Minister of Defense, head of delegation, there were the meetings with Senators Patrick Leahy, Canada and senior officials of Ministry of Defense and the U.s. Department of State.
