Chủ đầu tư phải trả cho tư vấn (i) thù lao được xác định trên cơ sở thời gian thực sự được sử dụng bởi từng chuyên gia trong việc thực hiện các dịch vụ kể từ ngày bắt đầu thực hiện dịch vụ hoặc từ ngày khác như các bên thoả thuận bằng văn bản và (ii ) các chi phí khác bao gồm chi phí hoàn lại thực sự và hợp lý phát sinh bởi Tư vấn trong việc thực hiện các dịch vụ.

Results (English) 1:

The owner must pay for advice (i) remuneration is determined on the basis of the time actually used by each of the experts in the implementation of the service since the service started or from the other day as the parties to the agreement in writing and (ii) other costs including costs refunded actually and reasonably incurred by the consultant in the perform the service.

Results (English) 2:

Investors must pay for counseling (i) the remuneration is determined on the basis of the time actually used by each expert in the implementation of the service since the day of commencement of the service or other date as the parties agree in writing, and (ii) other expenses include expenses reimbursed actually and reasonably incurred by the Consultant in performing the services.
