 Bên B chấp nhận bản sao có xác nhận sao y bản chính của đơn vị tham gia bảo hiểm các chứng từ y tế (trừ hóa đơn thuốc, thuốc kê toa), Bên A khi chuyển hồ sơ bồi thường cho bên B phải xuất trình bản gốc đơn thuốc để cán bộ tiếp nhận hồ sơ/cán bộ giải quyết bồi thường đối chiếu và ký xác nhận đã đối chiếu bản chính.
