- Trường hợp tổ chức, cá nhân tự phát hiện sai sót và lập lại thông báo, báo cáo hóa đơn gửi cơ quan thuế trước khi có quyết định thanh tra, kiểm tra tại trụ sở (Khoản 7 Điều 3)
