Tuy nhiên nông nghiệp Việt Nam vẫn ở dạng quy mô nhỏ và chưa thể phát triển bên vững, sức cạnh tranh trên thị trường thế giới vẫn chưa cao. Do đó một trong những vấn dề cấp thiết là nâng sức cạnh tranh của nông nghiệp trong một thời gian ngắn nhất. Để làm như vậy thì cần những chính sách mang bước đột phá như sau. (1) Chính sách thông nhất nông nghiệp truyền thống giải quyết và loại bỏ những mâu thuẫn và chướng ngại vật, (2) chính sách hiện đại hóa nông nghiệp, nông thôn gắn liền với công nghiệp hóa, (3) Chính sách tạo nông nghiệp chất lương cao và giá trị cao trên nền tảng kỹ thuật cao và phát triển bền vững.

However Vietnam agriculture remains in the form of small scale and not yet able to develop stable, competitive on the world market is still not high. So one of the urgent something is lifting the competitiveness of agriculture in a shortest time. To do so, the need to bring policy breakthrough is as follows. (1) information policy for traditional agricultural settlement and eliminate the contradictions and obstacles, (2) policy on agricultural modernization, rural associated with industrialization, (3) policies to create high quality agricultural and high value on high technology and Platform for sustainable development.

However, Vietnam's agriculture is still a small-scale and sustainable development can not, compete on the world market is still not high. Hence one of the urgent issues is to improve the competitiveness of agriculture in a short time. To do so, it needs policies that bring breakthrough as follows. (1) The most common agricultural policy tradition resolve and remove the contradictions and obstacles, (2) the policy of agricultural modernization and rural development associated with industrialization and (3) Policy creation high-quality agriculture and high value-based high-tech and sustainable development.
