Trừ những trường hợp được chỉ ra trong Quy đinh đặc biệt, tất cả các báo cáo; các dữ liệu và thông tin liên quan như bản đồ, sơ đồ, kế hoạch, cơ sở dữ liệu, tài liệu và phần mềm khác, hồ sơ hoặc tài liệu hỗ trợ được biên soạn hoặc chuẩn bị bởi tư vấn cho chủ đầu tư trong quá trình thực hiện dịch vụ sẽ được giữ bí mật và trở thành và vẫn là tài sản tuyệt đối của chủ đầu tư.Trước khi chấm dứt hoặc hết hạn Hợp đồng, Tư vấn sẽ cung cấp tất cả các tài liệu này cho chủ đầu tư, cùng với bản kê những chi tiết đó.
