đối tượng nghiên cứu là sự thỏa mãn công việc và các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự thỏa mãn công việc của nhân viên. thông qua việc thu thập thông tin cấp một từ những người được khảo sát bằng bảng câu hỏi sẽ xác định được sự thỏa mãn công việc của nhân viên ở từng nhân tố công việc như sự thỏa mãn đối với thu nhập, đào tạo, cơ hội thăng tiến, cấp trên, đồng nghiệp, đạc điểm công việc, điều kiện làm việc và phúc lợi công ty. các khía cạnh cụ thể của từng nhân tố được thể hiện bởi các chỉ số (biến quan sát) cũng được xem xét và kiểm định. cuối cùng, thông qua phân tích thống kê sự ảnh hưởng của từng nhân tố đối với sự thỏa mãn công việc nói chung sẽ được xem xét và xác định.
phạm vi nghiên cứu được giới hạn ở nhân viên nail, có nghĩa là không bao gồm tất cả các loại nhân viên khác. nhân viên nail là những người hiện tại đang hoặc đã từng làm việc tại các shop nail. đối tượng nghiên cứu ở đây bao gồm nhân viên chính thức và thợ học việc, nhưng không bao gồm những người làm chủ tiệm. về mặt địa lý, đề tài chỉ khảo sát khối nhân viên nail ở thành phố Newcastle, không khảo sát ở các tỉnh thành khác. thời gian thực hiện khảo sát là cuối năm 2016 và đầu năm 2017

the object of research is the job satisfaction and the factors influencing job satisfaction of employees. through the collection of primary information from those surveyed by questionnaire will determine the job satisfaction of employees in each job factors as satisfaction for income, training, promotion opportunities, superior, peers, work point, owing to the working conditions and welfare of the company. the specific aspects of each factor are shown by the indicator (the observed variables) are also considered and calibrated.
