Phần thanh toán 30% còn lại của Hợp đồng (căn cứ vào trọng lượng vàng thực tế) sẽ được Bên B thanh toán hết sau khi Bên B nhận được hoá đơn tài chính hợp lệ của Bên A. Bên A sẽ giao hàng sau khi nhận được 100% trị giá thực tế của Hợp Đồng (căn cứ vào hóa đơn tài chính).

Part payment of the remaining 30% of the contract (based on the actual weight of gold) will be fully paid for Party B after Party B receives valid financial invoice of Party A. Party A will delivery after receive 100% of the actual value of the Contract (based on financial bill).
