9) Doanh nghiệp không phải bận tâm với trường hợp nghỉ việc không trả thẻ bảo hiểm y tế (BHYT)
Khi phát sinh trường hợp giảm người lao động tham gia BHYT (nghỉ việc), doanh nghiệp phải lập hồ sơ gửi cho cơ quan BHXH. Nếu người lao động không trả thẻ BHYT còn thời hạn thì tại cột ghi chú trên Danh sách lao động tham gia BHXH (mẫu D02-TS) ghi nội dung “chưa nộp lại thẻ BHYT cho đơn vị”, viết tắt là “CNT”
Khi nhận được hồ sơ do doanh nghiệp gửi đến, cơ quan BHXH sẽ tổng hợp và chuyển danh sách những người lao động không trả thẻ BHYT cho các bệnh viện để thực hiện thu hồi khi họ đến khám chữa bệnh.
