Thứ bảy, việc cung cấp thông tin và trách nhiệm giải trình của các cơ quan ban hành chính sách chưa được thiết lập một cách chính thức. Nhiệm vụ này chưa tạo thành thói quen cho các cơ quan chính sách ở Việt Nam. Vì thế, thị trường không được cung cấp thông tin đầy đủ và cập nhật. Việc cung cấp thông tin không chính thống cộng với trách nhiệm giải trình của các cơ quan chính sách còn chưa cao, nên gây ra sự thiếu tin tưởng của thị trường, đồng thời không tạo cho các nhà làm chính sách áp lực trong việc xây dựng và cam kết thực hiện mục tiêu.

On Saturday, the provision of information and accountability of agencies issuing policy has not been set officially. This task is not habit-forming for policy agencies in Vietnam. As a result, the market is not providing sufficient information and updates. The unorthodox information plus the accountability of these agencies will not cao policy, should cause a lack of trust of the market, while not giving the pressure policy makers in the building and our commitment to that goal.
