Giáo viên cần nhanh nhẹn, linh hoạt và luôn bình tĩnh, chậm dãi khi tương tác với trẻ, luôn học hỏi và tự rút kinh nghiệm. Sau khi học tập, đọc sách và lắng nghe góp ý của cô điều phối viên, tôi quan sát và hỗ trợ trẻ tốt hơn, chuẩn bị môi trường lớp học tốt hơn. Tôi cảm thấy rất hạnh phúc với công việc này. Nó giúp tôi hoàn thiện bản thân hơn.

Results (English) 1:

Teachers need agile, flexible and always calm, go slow when interacting with children, always learning and self reflection. After the study, read books and listen to her comments Coordinator, I observe and support the child better, to prepare a better classroom environment. I feel very happy with this work. It helps me improve yourself.
