2. Người lao động phải tuân thủ, chấp hành lệnh điều động sản xuất kinh doanh, công tác theo đúng chức trách, trách nhiệm, nhiệm vụ, nội dung công việc đã được phân công. Tuyệt đối phục tùng mệnh lệnh hợp pháp của Tổng Giám đốc, lệnh hợp pháp của trưởng bộ phận quản lý trực tiếp theo Quy chế của Công ty. Khi thực hiện công việc nếu gặp khó khăn phải báo cáo và xin ý kiến chỉ đạo kịp thời của lãnh đạo trực tiếp.
3. Khi thực hiện công việc, người lao động phải triệt để tiết kiệm, chống lãng phí, chống tiêu cực, đảm bảo hiệu quả, hiệu suất công việc. Nghiêm cấm mọi hành vi tùy tiện xử lý công việc dẫn đến vi phạm pháp luật hoặc gây thiệt hại cho đơn vị.
4. Không được tùy tiện xem và sử dụng hồ sơ, sổ sách, máy móc thiết bị và các phương tiện làm việc khác mà không thuộc trách nhiệm hoặc không được sự đồng ý của người quản lý trực tiếp
