Nếu các nhà bán lẻ nhận thấy nhãn hiệu CUBE hoặc những hành vi vi phạm nhãn hiệu hoặc không sử dụng nhãn hiệu phù hợp, hoặc cá nhân hay cơ sở kinh doanh sử dụng những nhãn hiệu tương tự hoặc trùng hoặc gây nhầm lẫn, thì nhà bán lẻ phải thông báo cho người ủy quyền được biết.

If the retailers found the mark or CUBE trademark violations or non-use of the trademark suit, or personal or business establishments using similar or identical marks or cause confusion, then the retailer must notify the authorized persons are known.

Results (English) 2:

If retailers noticed CUBE brand or trademark violations or not appropriate to use the trademark, or personal or business establishments use the trademark similar or identical or confusingly, the retailers must notify the said authorization.
