ở Việt Nam, hàng năm xảy ra rất nhiều vụ tai nạn giao thông. Có rất nhiều người bị chết do không đội mũ bảo hiểm. Theo tôi từ khi Bộ giao thông ra qui định công dân khi tham gia giao thông trên đường phải đội mũ bảo hiểm. Tôi rất thích luật này vì nó an toàn cho sinh mạng con người. Khi chúng ta đội mũ bảo hiểm nếu có xảy ra tai nạn thì phần đầu sẽ được bảo vệ không bị chấn thương. Nhưng tôi cũng có một phần chưa đồng ý về một số người khi lái xe đạp vẫn không đội mũ bảo hiểm và cảnh sát vẫn bỏ qua vấn đề này mặc dù trong luật đã nêu rất rõ. Bộ giao thông cần làm các chiến dịch tuyên truyền về đội mũ bảo hiểm để hạn chế hậu quả do tai nạn giao thông gây ra và biện pháp hữu hiệu đó là mình phải tự bảo vệ chính bản thân mình.

in Vietnam, every year happens so many traffic accidents. There are many people who die due to not wear a helmet. Follow me from when The traffic is out when the citizen participation regulations of the traffic on the road must wear helmets. I would love this law because it is safe for human life. When we wear a helmet if there is an accident, the first part will be protected from being injured. But I also have a section not yet agree on some people when driving the bike still don't wear helmets and police still ignored this problem although in law have stated very clearly. Department of transportation to do the propaganda campaign about the helmet in order to limit the consequences of traffic accidents cause and effective measures it is I have to protect myself.
