Hiện tại, Công ty CP Phân bón Dầu khí Cà Mau (PVCFC) đang chuẩn bị triển khai dự án Nhà máy sản xuất phân bón phức hợp từ Urea nóng chảy (gọi tắt là nhà máy NPK) với công suất 300,000 tấn/năm.

Được biết Quý Công ty WEC là một trong những nhà thầu EPC hàng đầu của Trung Quốc cũng như thế giới trong lĩnh vực EPC nhà máy NPK (như nhà máy NPK of Pakistan Engro, Guangdong Zhanjiang Chemical Complex,…) và đặc biệt WEC đã từng tham gia dự án nhà máy điện đạm Cà Mau.Vì vậy, PVC-MS/PVEIC là một trong những đơn vị thành viên mạnh của Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam với lợi thế nhất định chúng tôi mong muốn được hợp tác với Quý Công ty để cùng tham gia chào thầu cũng như triển khai dự án nhà máy NPK này.

Trong thời gian từ ngày 10 đến ngày 15 tháng 11 năm 2015 chúng tôi có sắp xếp thời gian công tác tại Thượng Hải và mong muốn gặp Quý Công ty trong thời gian này để có thể đàm phán về phương hướng, phạm vi hợp tác của các bên trong dự án nhà máy NPK này với thành phần tham gia của chúng tôi như sau: (i) Lãnh đạo PVC-MS; (ii) Lãnh đạo PVEIC.
