Quy định thống nhất phương pháp xác định, thu thập, phân loại, lưu trữ, bảo quản, sử dụng và hủy bỏ các hồ sơ chất lượng của công ty, nhằm cung cấp đầy đủ những bằng chứng khách quan để đánh giá kết quả hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh, cũng như mức độ phù hợp và tính hiệu lực của toàn bộ hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.
