Phòng Nhân sự tiếp nhận hồ sơ, kiểm tra các thông tin, lập danh sách và trình Phó giám đốc. Sau đó sẽ nghiên cứu hồ sơ (về học vấn, kỹ năng, quá trình công tác, nguyện vọng...), sắp xếp lịch và liên hệ với các ứng viên tiềm năng qua điện thoại, email hoặc thư mời; đồng thời, loại bỏ những ứng viên không thích hợp. Việc chọn lọc hồ sơ này sẽ tiết kiệm thời gian của cả doanh nghiệp lẫn ứng viên.

Results (English) 1:

The HR of receiving profile, check the information, make a list and the Deputy Director. Then will the research profile (on education, skills, work process, aspirations ...), arrange and contact with potential candidates via phone, email or letter of invitation; at the same time, eliminate inappropriate candidates. The Select filter records will save time for both the business and the candidates.
