E. Ý nghĩa của việc nghiên cứu
* Ý nghĩa lý luận
Nghiên cứu sẽ xác định khung lý thuyết nghiên cứu quản lý trường hợp trong trợ giúp người nghiện ma túy như: Các khái niệm; nguyên tắc, đặc điểm cơ bản của quản lý trường hợp trong trợ giúp người nghiện ma túy. Kết quả nghiên cứu lý luận của luận văn sẽ góp phần làm phong phú thêm lý luận cơ bản của quản lý trường hợp trong trợ giúp người nghiện ma túy.
* Ý nghĩa thực tiễn
Kết quả nghiên cứu sẽ giúp nâng cao nhận thức của xã hội, cộng đồng về vai trò của nghề công tác xã hội, các nhân viên công tác xã hội, nhân viên quản lý trường hợp, cũng như vai trò của hệ thống cung cấp dịch vụ công tác xã hội trong hoạt động trợ giúp người nghiện ma túy. Những phát hiện của nghiên cứu có thể sẽ làm cơ sở khoa học cho việc hoạch định cơ chế chính sách và xây dựng các chương trình, kế hoạch, đề án, chiến lược hỗ trợ người nghiện ma túy, gia đình có người nghiện ma túy, cung cấp các dịch vụ cho người nghiện ma túy tại Cơ sở điều trị Methadone xã hội hóa, thành phố Hải Phòng. Đề tài nghiên cứu có thể được sử dụng làm tài liệu tham khảo dành cho người làm quản lý trường hợp, gia đình người nghiện ma túy, người nghiện ma túy.
