Năm 2011, toàn công ty có 201 sáng kiến, năm 2012 số lượng sáng kiến lên đến 316. Ngoài các giải pháp thực hiện tại đơn vị, Công ty còn có nhiều giải pháp tham dự Hội thi Sáng tạo kỹ thuật Tỉnh hàng năm, năm 2011 tham gia 24 giải pháp (đạt 18), năm 2012 tham gia 21 giải pháp (đạt 13).
