Căn cứ theo nhu cầu thực tế của 2 bên

Sau khi xem xét, thoả thuận hai bên đã đi đến thống nhất ký Phụ lục hợp đồng thuê nhà số 2 về gia hạn hợp đồng đã ký số 1, ngày 15 tháng 9 năm 2014 cụ thể như sau:
Tiếp tục hợp đồng thuê nhà có thời hạn 2 năm kế từ ngày ký Phụ lục gia hạn hợp đồng.
Giá thuê nhà và phương thức thanh toán tại Điều 3 hợp đồng số 1

Điều khoản chung:
Quyền và nghĩa vụ mỗi bên được quy định trong hợp đồng số 1
Phụ lục hợp đồng được thành lập 02 bản, có nội dung và giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ 1 bản.
Phụ lục này là 1 phần không thể tách rời của hợp đồng thuê nhà số 1, ký ngày 15 tháng 9 năm 2016 và có giá trị kể từ ngày ký.
