Các Bên thống nhất trao đổi, hợp tác để làm rõ và giải quyết các vấn đề, các rủi ro mà Bên Mua tìm ra sau khi Soát Xét Chi Tiết. Đối với các vấn đề, rủi ro không thể khắc phục được, Các Bên sẽ đàm phán và tìm ra các biện pháp xử lý cần thiết với tinh thần hợp tác (bao gồm cả việc sửa đổi Thoả Thuận hoặc Hợp Đồng Chuyển Nhượng).
