Theo Hợp đồng này, “Bất khả kháng” nghĩa là một sự kiện ngoài tầm kiểm soát một cách hợp lý của một Bên khiến cho việc thực hiện các nghĩa vụ của Một Bên theo Hợp đồng này là không thể diễn ra hoặc phi thực tế đến mức có thể coi là không thể diễn ra trong hoàn cảnh đó, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn chiến tranh, bạo loạn, những vụ lộn xộn trong dân sự, động đất, cháy, nổ, bão lụt, điều kiện thời tiết bất lợi, đình công, việc đóng cửa của nhà máy hoặc bất kỳ hành động khác của các cơ quan Chính phủ.

According to this agreement, "force majeure" means an event beyond the reasonable control of a party makes the implementation of the obligations of a party under this agreement is impossible or unrealistic to the point that might be considered could not take place in circumstances which , including but not limited to war, riot, the chaos in civil, earthquake, fire, explosion, storm, flood, adverse weather conditions, strikes, closure of the plant or any other action by the Government.
