2. Mục tiêu của Kiểm toán nội bộ
Kiểm tra, rà soát, đánh giá mức độ đầy đủ, tính hiệu lực và hiệu quả của hệ thống kiểm tra, kiểm soát nội bộ tại các BQLDA, nhằm đảm bảo:
► Tuân thủ chặt chẽ các chính sách của WB, Luật và các quy định trong nước liên quan;
► Các hoạt động nghiệp vụ của BQLDA được thực hiện theo một cách hợp lý, hiệu quả và kinh tế, phù hợp với các mục tiêu của dự án;
► Các tài sản của BQLDA được bảo vệ an toàn, được quản lý và sử dụng hiệu quả;
► Kịp thời chuẩn bị các báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất theo yêu cầu của WB, của cơ quan chủ quản và lãnh đạo BQLDA.

The objective of the internal auditChecking, reviewing, assessing the full extent, the validity and effectiveness of the system of internal control, checking in the PMU, in order to ensure:► Adhere closely to the WB's policies, laws and regulations in the country concerned;► Business activities of the PMU is done in a reasonable manner, efficiency and economy, consistent with the objectives of the project;► The assets of PMU are protected, managed and used efficiently;► Timely preparation of the periodic report and irregularly at the request of the WB, of governing body and head of PMU.

2. The objective of the internal audit
examine, review and assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the inspection systems, internal controls at the PMU, to ensure:
► Compliance tight close the WB policies, laws and regulations in the countries concerned;
► The PMU's operations are conducted in a reasonable manner, effective and economical, consistent with the objectives of the project;
► The PMU's assets are protected secure, managed and used effectively;
► Timely preparation of periodic reports and extraordinarily at the request of the World Bank, the governing body and leadership PMU.
