Môi trường chính trị - luật pháp
Đây là nhân tố vừa có tác động thúc đẩy, vừa có tác động kìm hãm hoạt động tiêu thụ của doanh nghiệp. Nó bao gồm cả hệ thống chính trị, luật pháp trong nước và thế giới. Nhân tố này đóng vai trò làm nền tảng, cơ sở để hình thành các nhân tố khác tác động trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp đến hoạt động của doanh nghiệp. Nó được thể hiện ở hệ tư tưởng chính trị mà các quốc gia áp dụng, các quy định mà các chính sách của quốc gia và quốc tế. Doanh nghiệp muốn tồn tại và phát triển phải tự điều chỉnh hành vi của mình cho phù hợp với chính sách của nhà nước và quốc tế.
