Tất cả các tài liệu của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng đều được kiểm soát một cách thống nhất thông qua quy trình kiểm soát tài liệu (QT-ISO-01). Những tài liệu khác có liên quan đến các hoạt động của công ty như các văn bản đi và đến, văn bản pháp luật và văn bản hành chính khác, cũng được coi là tài liệu của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và cần được kiểm soát để đảm bảo hiệu quả công việc. Các tài liệu này được kiểm soát bằng quy trình quản lý văn bản đến và văn bản đi (QT-HC-04). Hồ sơ không được kiểm soát bằng các quy trình này mà được đề cập đến trong mục 4.2.4

All the documentation of the quality management system shall be controlled a unified way through process control document (QT-ISO-01).
