6.3 Nếu hàng hóa Bên Bán giao cho Bên Mua không đúng với chủng loại và xuất xứ như quy định tại Điều 1 của Hợp đồng này thì Bên Bán sẽ phải hoàn trả lại toàn bộ số tiền bên Bên Mua đã thanh toán đồng thời chịu phạt 08% (tám phần trăm) trên tổng giá trị Hợp đồng.

6.3 If the selling Party goods delivered to the buyer not true to type and origin as defined in article 1 of this agreement, the Seller shall refund the full amount paid buy-side party at the same time bear the fine 8% (eight per cent) on the total value of the contract.

6.3 If the goods delivered to the Buyer Seller not true to type and origin as defined in Article 1 of this contract, the Seller shall refund the entire amount of the Buyer has paid concurrently fined 08% (eight percent) of the total contract value.
