Các điều khoản bí mật đó là trừ tất cả những thông tin được ban bố hoặc những điều đã được thông báo, ngoài ra tất cả những thông tin về mặt kinh doanh, nghiệp vụ liên quan đến kỹ thuật, kinh doanh của bên A, và liên quan đến những thông tin ứng viên đã được bên B tuyển chọn.
