Vai trò của nhóm trưởng kiểm toán rất quan trọng trong việc vận hành nhóm, điều hành các thành viên xử lý công việc, hướng các thành viên nhìn nhận các vấn đề nảy sinh, cùng nêu ra các ý kiến bàn luận để đưa ra hướng giải quyết phù hợp và hiệu quả nhất.
