Mô hình tổ chức hiện nay không có sự thay đổi so với Hồ sơ xin cấp phép. Đứng đầu công ty là Hội đồng quản trị với 8 thành viên đều là cán bộ lãnh đạo chủ chốt tại các TCTD và đối tác chiến lược. Số lượng nhân sự của Công ty tăng từ 19 – 22 người phân bổ theo cơ cấu như sau:
