Thời điểm chúng tôi nhận được Biên bản nghiệm thu khối lượng công việc ( ngày 05/03/2015) so với thời điểm ký xác nhận nghiệm thu (ngày 30/11/2013) đã gần đến ngày thanh lý hợp đồng, do đó phía công ty Bảo hiểm từ chối phát hành Chứng thư bảo đảm bảo hành vì vậy phía Posco đang giữ của chúng tôi số tiến bảo đảm là: 297,968,965 VNĐ (Exclusive: 10%VAT) tương ứng với 5% giá trị hợp đồng
